Employer's Provision of Medical Insurance. If you receive this, remember it is taxable. If you are an employee you will pay your tax under PAYE and your tax code will almost certainly have been adjusted to take account of this.
If your tax office is not aware that you receive this (or for that matter any other perk), it is your duty to tell them. There's no point 'playing stupid' if they catch you - you're liable
