Range Extension (RE)

Range Extension. The market will start its search for buyers and sellers once the Initial Balance, defined by Market Profile has been performed.

The market will make upside/downside rotation as it completes its function, which is to facilitate the most business that buyers and sellers will do when matched together by price.

Since this is happening throughout the trading day, it is likely that price action will extend outside of IB.
