Additional Services

A Shareholder is the owner of shares in a company. Shareholders may be individuals, charities, financial institutions or other companies. Shareholders are the owners of a company and supply what is known as its risk capital.

If the company is a success and makes a profit, shareholders reap the rewards through rising dividend income and capital gains on the price of their shares. If the company is a failure, shareholders stand to lose the whole of their investment.
